Ohio Art Company Mystery Pistol Tournament Range Tin Toy Works/w Targets. This piece in exceptional condition opposed to many others listed online. It is fully functioning with a few minor scratches and a tiny paint chip which can be seen in one of the photos. It operates by a pin which is located behind the target. It’s was a really unique design in which a piece on the underside moves perfectly when you aim the pistol. When the trigger is pulled, it punctures a hole in the back of the target, hence the name “Mystery Shooter” as it does not shoot BBS or pellets. Although it is owned by a US company, it was manufactured in Post WWII Germany which produced many high quality tin toys from this era. A really exceptional toy for both the toy collector and firearm enthusiasts alike.
